Dear Future Patients of Coastal Cosmetic Center,
I would like to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff at Coastal Cosmetic Center. From January through September 2009, I worked very closely with the team to have several procedures following massive weight loss. During this time I had five major surgeries for excess skin removal, liposuction and body recontouring covering the entire body from arms to calves.
I’m sure it goes without saying that undertaking such an extensive physical transformation presents both enthusiasm and concern. Understanding this, the team gave a considerable amount of time and attention consulting with me to fully understand my priorities and desires, and to ensure that I was completely comfortable with and knowledgeable of the recommended procedures. I found them to be very open, honest and realistic about the anticipated results, as well as what to expect during recovery.
My results and recovery have been consistent with the expectations set for me during our many consultations. While it is still early to see the full effects of my surgeries, my overall physical transformation and results have been incredible. As pleased as I am with the results, I am even more impressed with the care and attention from this fantastic team.
The care received from the Coastal team during the surgeries and follow-up has far exceeded my expectations. The entire team has been tremendously compassionate and understanding throughout this process, making time to answer my endless questions and willingly scheduling appointments to meet with me any time I felt it necessary. I have truly felt like a member of the “Coastal family”, and that they have my best interests and overall health as their foremost concern.
While there may be other surgeons who can perform similar types of procedures, I truly believe the care given by the Coastal staff is unmatched. Individually and collectively, this team goes above and beyond what is required to ensure their patients receive supreme care and attention. It is apparent they take pride in their work and in helping their patients achieve their desired results.
