Cyndi
Practice Administrator

Cyndi joined Coastal Cosmetic Center as the Practice Administrator in 2010. She has over 25 years of medical office experience, has worked in nearly every position of the medical office and has a strong background in medical billing. Cyndi enjoys running the day to day operations of the practice and prides herself on having an organized, professional, customer service oriented team. She loves speaking with patients about their experiences with CCC and always welcomes patient comments and suggestions. Cyndi received her Associates degree from Florida Community College and Certificates for Managed Care and Healthcare Management from University of North Florida. She completed Dale Carnegie training for business Communications through St. Vincent’s Medical Center and recently completed a 120 hour program for Risk Management through UF. She is currently a creative writing student through UCF and plans to write a fictional novel in the future. Cyndi and her husband will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary this year. They have two beautiful and talented daughters and one handsome son. In Cyndi’s “spare” time she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, learning to play the guitar, football Go Jags!) and just hanging out with her family.

Pat, RN
Director of Nursing

Pat has been the Director of Nursing for Coastal Cosmetic Center for the past 13 years and with her 25 years of nursing experience this allows her to wear many hats. Pat oversees the day to day operations of the surgery center and the clinical staff. By having a staff specialized and experienced in plastic surgery Pat ensures that the patient will have the absolute best care possible. She was born and raised in Jacksonville, but loves to visit the mountains. She has 3 grown married children and 12 grandchildren. She also loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys dancing and sports which include her favorite teams-Braves, Jaguars and Gators.

Lauren Tierney
Licensed Aesthetician

When it comes to skin care, Lauren is at your service. With nine years of experience as a licensed aesthetician, she truly enjoys helping her clients achieve and maintain their youthful appearance. From chemical peels and facials to expert hair removal and permanent makeup, Lauren thrives when she creates and rediscovers healthy, glowing skin for her patients. While Lauren’s heart remains in her hometown of Boston, she has called Jacksonville home for 13 years and has worked for Coastal Cosmetic Center since 2011. When she’s not training on the latest innovations in skin Care and aesthetics, Lauren enjoys traveling to cooler climates, hiking the mountains and cheering on her favorite NFL team, the New England Patriots (though the Florida Gators have grown on her as well!). Her kindness also extends into the animal community, as she actively volunteers to give homeless fur babies a better life including her two rescue kitties who she adores. Toni
Surgical Tech

Toni has been a Surgical Tech with Coastal Cosmetic Center since 2010. She loves being in the O.R. working hand-in-hand with the surgeons as well as being in the front office assisting the patient’s during their road to recovery. She’s a north Florida native who is married to her high school sweetheart. She enjoys spending the weekends with him and their three children watching baseball, horseback riding, and being lazy at the beach. She considers Coastal Cosmetic Center her home away from home and looks forward to many more fun-filled years ahead.

EMR Coordinator

Jenna is the EMR Coordinator here at Coastal Cosmetic Center. Jenna is originally from New Jersey but has lived in Jacksonville the majority of her life. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of North Florida and hopes to go back to pursue her Master’s. Jenna recently came to us from an EMR company as a trainer where she obtained the skills and knowledge to help lead this practice into all the new technologies with her background. She has had over 8 years of experience in healthcare. Jenna enjoys line dancing, zumba classes, decorating, shopping, spending quality time with her family and friends and adores her little Shih Tzu/Poodle puppy, Trixy. Jenna Also is a huge Gators Fan!

Tammy
Certified Medical Assistant

Tammy moved to Jacksonville in 1987 from Eugene, Oregon. She Graduated from Concorde Career Institute in 1993 as a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant. Tammy assists the doctors with patient consultation visits and patient follow up care. She is always available to answer any clinical post operative questions that patients may have. Tammy has been with Coastal Cosmetic Center for 8 years. She has been married for 20 years and has one married son and two beautiful grandchildren.

Tracy
Surgical Coordinator

Tracy serves as our Surgical Coordinator here at Coastal Cosmetic Center, and truly enjoys interacting with patients and out surgeons prior to their procedures. From initial quoting to scheduling and assisting patients with financing, she always offers a comforting smile to our patients and gives her all to our practice. She grew up in northern Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from George Mason University. Tracy has called North Florida her home for 13 years and delights in a day at the beach in the warm tropical sunshine. Prior to her employment at CCC, Tracy reported for several newspapers and spent 17 years as a fitness instructor, teaching everything from Pilates and Step to Yoga and Core workouts. Her spare moments are spent indulging in country music, any re-run on TBS, loving every dog she ever encounters and, of course, sweaty power yoga workouts! Her only child recently began his educational journey at Florida State University. Go Noles!

Kandi
Front Office Supervisor

Kandi joined the Coastal Cosmetic Center Team in 2012. She has 15 years of experience working in the customer service field. Kandi is the smiling face welcoming you to our office. She is happy to assist you with scheduling your appointments, medical records and answering your phone calls. A native Floridian, Kandi grew up in Green Cove Springs. She enjoys cooking, taking day trips, boating, spring hopping, and spending time with her husband and two boys. She is very close with her family and looks forward to Sunday game days. She has two dogs, Jenny Craig and Phoebe.

Viola
Surgical Tech

Viola has been with Coastal Cosmetic Center and the Surgery Center since July of 2006. She enjoys being a Surgical Technologist and assisting the surgeons in the operating room. Viola attended Ultrasound Diagnostic School (now Sanford Brown Institute) for two years. In 2003, she began her career with facial plastic surgery and MOH’s surgery and found that Plastic Surgery is her passion. Her comfort level with the patients has made her many new friends. She enjoys seeing patients before, during and after surgery. It always makes you feel good to know that you are helping others feel more confident with themselves, their comfort level is higher, and to see happy faces at the end of your work day.

Viola was born and raised in the lonestar state of Texas. After graduating high school in 2001, she moved to Florida to begin college and start her career. She has been with the lover of her life for 12 years and has three beautiful children who keep her on her toes at all times. Viola has a very active life from travel baseball and softball to cheerleading and basketball. She will always be her kids’ #1 fan.

Cheri has been with Coastal Cosmetic Center for 8 years. She loves her job as Billing Manager and being a part of the Coastal Cosmetic Center family. Being a native of Jacksonville, she loves to ride her bike and spend time by the water. She has four grown children and two beautiful granddaughters. In their spare time, Cheri and her husband love spending time with their two dogs and they love to travel. They also have a great passion for the Jaguars.

Desiree, BSN
Pre-Operatative Nurse

Desiree is the preoperative nurse at the Coastal Cosmetic Center. She is a Jacksonville native and grew up in the beaches area. She received her BSN from Jacksonville University School of Nursing and her O.R. training from Baptist Medical Center. Desireee has over 13 years of experience working as an O.R./Pre-operative nurse and joined Coastal Cosmetic Center in the spring of 2011.

Desiree is the proud mother of a son who is a surf photographer. When she is not helping her patients, she enjoys spending time at the beach and surfing and also considers herself an animal lover.
