A lollipop incision provides a fair amount of tissue access for breast reduction. It involves a circular cut around the circumference of the areola, followed by two outwardly slanted vertical ones below it. This creates a keyhole shape. When the two vertical lines are joined and sutured together, it creates the stick of the lollipop shape.
