How Long Do HydraFacials Last?

The HydraFacial treatment itself lasts just 30 minutes, offering a convenient treatment
experience. Following treatment, you will notice an instant improvement in skin smoothness and hydration that typically lasts about one week. For the long-term correction of cosmetic skin concerns, multiple treatments may be needed, and in these situations, we generally recommend monthly HydraFacial treatment sessions.

What Should You Not Do After a HydraFacial?

The HydraFacial treatment is incredibly gentle on the skin, so there are very few restrictions following your procedure. First, it is important to mention that the HydraFacial features an exfoliation component. After the skin is exfoliated, it will be more sensitive. For this reason, we recommend avoiding excessive sun exposure, wearing sunscreen and avoiding any other exfoliation or skin resurfacing treatments for the first few days after your treatment. We also recommend postponing the use of makeup for 24 hours after treatment.

Does a HydraFacial Hurt?

The Hydra Facial is a surprisingly gentle skincare treatment, and there is no pain or discomfort whatsoever associated with the treatment process. During the initial cleansing phase, we will gently scrub the skin in a painless process. Then, during the exfoliation process, a gentle skin peel will be applied to the skin that may cause a slight tingling sensation. Lastly, a suctioning component will be used to cleanse the pores. Again, this is not painful, but you can expect to feel some slight pressure as the vacuum system operates

Does HydraFacial Remove Dark Spots?

Yes! By simultaneously exfoliating the skin and nourishing it with a variety of beneficial serums, the HydraFacial treatment can gradually reduce the appearance of dark spots over time. For complete removal, however, multiple treatment sessions may be needed. The HydraFacial treatment is also effective for treating sun damage, clogged or enlarged pores, dry skin, fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars and more.

Does HydraFacial Tighten Skin?

The HydraFacial is a versatile skincare treatment, but the benefits it offers could be considered more superficial than other skin care procedures. The HydraFacial exfoliates the outermost layers of skin and purifies the skin to enhance the skin’s surface. Skin tightening is a process that occurs in the deeper layers of the skin, and can only be triggered by a more targeted treatment method. The HydraFacial can remove fine lines and wrinkles on the skin’s surface to produce a more youthful look, but it cannot tighten the deeper layers of the skin to dramatically rejuvenate the appearance
